Indoor Sales Representative

Location: Cairo, Egypt

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary: EGP 8,000 – 10,000 per month, depending on experience

About the Role

Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for building relationships?

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Indoor Sales Representative to join our growing team in Cairo.

In this entry-level role, you will be one of the first points of contact for our clients, helping them find the right products and solutions while achieving your sales targets.

No prior sales experience is required — full training will be provided to set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and walk-in customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Present product features, pricing, and promotions clearly and persuasively.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve processes and share best practices.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-first mindset with a positive and resilient attitude.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Cairo, Monday to Saturday.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• No prior sales experience is required.
