Our client is looking for polished, welcoming, and high-energy Customer Service Hosts to deliver a premium service experience. In this role, you will be the first point of contact welcoming arriving guests, providing clear direction, and seamlessly guiding them to their onward transport services.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome arriving guests with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Assist guests with orientation and efficiently direct them to designated transport shuttles/buggies.
• Maintain a visible, proactive presence to answer guest inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Ensure smooth flow, crowd management, and minimal waiting times for guests.
• Coordinate effectively with team members and drivers to ensure seamless service execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in frontline customer service, luxury hospitality, or VIP guest relations.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, professional grooming, and high emotional intelligence.
• Ability to stand, walk, and engage with guests throughout shift hours.
• Punctual, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
