Technical Office Engineer (ups Industrial Chargers

Job Summary

  • Prepare technical proposals for UPS systems and industrial battery chargers based on customer requirements and project specifications.
  • Review and analyze tender documents technical specifications and project requirements.
  • Perform sizing and selection of UPS systems industrial chargers batteries and related electrical equipment.
  • Prepare technical drawings Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) layouts and system configurations using AutoCAD.
  • Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs) technical specifications and project documentation.
  • Coordinate with Sales Procurement and Project Execution teams to ensure technical compliance and successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical support to customers during the pre-sales and post-sales phases.
  • Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to obtain technical data product updates and engineering support.
  • Ensure compliance with international standards such as IEC IEEE and other applicable electrical standards.
  • Prepare engineering submittals method statements as-built documentation and operation & maintenance manuals.
  • Participate in technical meetings with clients consultants and contractors when required.



    • Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in:
      • UPS systems
      • Industrial chargers
    • Experience in preparing:
      • Technical and commercial proposals
      • Technical specifications and submittals
    • Ability to study client requirements and provide suitable technical solutions
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office with single line diagram experience
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
    • High level of commitment and ability to work under pressure




    Required Skills:

    Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Mechatronics Engineering or a related field. Technical product understanding and knowledge Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to build long-term relationships Moderate technical understanding Organization and follow-up 2 years sector


    Required Education:

    Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering
