You will be part of and work directly with the leadership team to lead all talent acquisition onboarding and engagement.

What Youll Do:

• Own end-to-end talent acquisition for all roles building strong talent pipelines.
  

• Partner with leadership to anticipate hiring needs and define role requirements.
  

• Lead initiatives that strengthen our culture engagement and retention.
  

• Monitor and improve our brand publicly as a great place to work.
  

• Implement performance management and recognition programs aligned with our values.
  

• Use data and insights to continuously improve hiring and staff retention.
  

Who You Are:

• 58 years in recruiting or talent acquisition for a small to mid-size organization.
  

• Skilled at sourcing hiring and onboarding top talent.
  

• Experienced in shaping culture and employee engagement programs.
  

• Strong communicator collaborator and influencer.
  

• Data-driven organized and able to manage multiple initiatives independently.
  

• Passionate about learning and helping people grow.
  

• Experience with the Entrepreneur Operating System (EOS) is a plus.
  

Job Details:

• Type: Full-Time
  

• Schedule: Flexible schedule with a minimum of 4 hours overlap during the 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (New York) business day.
  

• Remote: 100% Online
