Turkish Instructor

Job Summary

• Deliver Turkish language lessons tailored to hospitality roles (front office housekeeping F&B guest relations etc..

• Develop and adapt training materials including handouts presentations and roleplaying scenarios.

• Focus on conversational Turkish hospitality vocabulary and customer service expressions.

• Conduct placement assessments and monitor staff progress through evaluations.

• Collaborate with department heads to align language training with service standards.

• Promote understanding of Turkish culture and guest expectations.

• Provide ongoing language support and refresher sessions as needed.

Qualifications :

• Fluency in Turkish and English (spoken and written).

• Experience teaching Turkish as a foreign language preferably in a hospitality or customer service setting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of hospitality operations and service language is a strong advantage.

• Certification in language instruction (e.g. TMER CELTA TESOL) is a plus.
