Office Mix Online is a company specializing in the office supplies trade for companies and institutions. Duties of the Assistant Storekeeper: 1- Receiving, inspecting, and counting goods from suppliers during the day, as well as organizing, coding, and storing them in their designated locations (may require physical effort). 2- Issuing goods according to issuance slips received from accounting and delivering them to the company's distribution representatives. 3- Recording addition and issuance operations in logbooks or on the computer, balancing stock cards, and periodically reconciling balances with accounting. 4- Taking full responsibility for the goods, signing for the receipt of warehouse stock balances as overall custody upon takeover, and performing periodic inventory counts to identify any shortages or surpluses. 5- Overseeing vehicle loading operations and ensuring that goods are loaded safely with delivery representatives. Applicants must possess suitable physical fitness to perform job duties and be free from chronic diseases or conditions that affect movement.
