- Manage daily hotel/restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Supervise and coordinate front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and other operational teams.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, scheduling, and productivity.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues quickly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and hospitality regulations.
- Monitor operational costs, inventory, supplies, and wastage.
- Coordinate with different departments to maintain efficient workflow.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, quality, and service standards.
- Train, coach, and motivate employees to improve performance.
- Prepare operational reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support revenue optimization and cost-control initiatives.
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers when required.
- Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
- Maintain strong relationships with guests, employees, suppliers, and management.
