We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Assurance professional to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure system stability.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking systems, providing clear steps for reproduction.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to streamline the release process.
• Participate in design and requirement reviews to provide early feedback on potential quality risks.
• Maintain and update quality assurance documentation and best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in a Quality Assurance role.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools.
• Experience with bug tracking software such as Jira or similar platforms.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
