Future Group is a global leader in translation and localisation services operating across North & Latin America Asia Europe and MEA since 1994. We are expanding our talent acquisition function and looking for a proactive service-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist OPI/VRI to recruit qualified interpreters and language professionals for remote OPI (Over-the-Phone Interpretation) and VRI (Video Remote Interpretation) roles covering US time zones.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team focusing on hiring for OPI (Over-the-Phone Interpretation) and VRI (Video Remote Interpretation) roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates while meeting hiring targets within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for OPI/VRI roles

• Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards social media referrals and internal databases)

• Screen and assess candidates to evaluate language proficiency communication skills and role fit

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

• Guide candidates through the hiring process including assessments and follow-ups

• Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey

• Meet weekly hiring targets and deadlines

• Collaborate with the team to improve sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-hire

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferably in BPO or high-volume hiring

• Experience hiring for OPI/VRI or similar roles is a strong advantage

• Strong sourcing and screening skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

• A bachelors degree is preferred
