Job Overview

Mohammad Al-Jasem Law Group is seeking a creative video designer and producer with practical experience in utilizing artificial intelligence tools to produce professional videos, handling visual content creation from concept and script to editing and final delivery.

We are looking for an individual who combines artistic vision, visual storytelling skills, and technical mastery to transform legal topics, awareness content, and firm services into clear, engaging videos aligned with our corporate identity and tailored for the target audience and social media platforms.

Applicants must also specialize in AI Character Cloning to create realistic digital avatars of the group's existing personas and incorporate them into video production while preserving their facial features, voices, and identity across various scenes.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Concept Development & Content Planning

• Propose creative concepts for awareness, introductory, and promotional videos that align with the group's goals and content strategy.
• Convert approved topics and scripts into actionable visual storyboards and scripts.
• Develop scene breakdowns and storyboards, specifying scene durations, camera angles, camera movements, transitions, and required effects.
• Craft compelling hooks to capture viewer attention and build clear narratives that sustain engagement through the end of the video.
• Coordinate with the specialized legal team to review and approve legal information prior to production.

2. AI Image & Video Production

• Utilize AI image and video generation tools to create realistic, cinematic, or animated scenes tailored to the nature of each project.
• Write precise text prompts specifying characters, environment, lighting, composition, motion, and visual style.
• Animate still images and execute video scenes using keyframes (start/end frames) as needed.
• Maintain consistency in character features, clothing, color palette, and surrounding environments across all scenes.
• Fix generation artifacts such as distorted faces/hands, inconsistent movements, and shifting elements between shots.
• Generate virtual characters, intro sequences, and dialogue scenes with precise lip-syncing to audio.
• Ensure cultural accuracy for Kuwaiti and Gulf contexts, including traditional attire, professional environments, and courtroom scenes.

3. AI Character Cloning & Digital Avatar Production

• Create digital clones of authorized personas affiliated with the group using authorized photos, video clips, and audio recordings.
• Define filming and audio recording requirements for reference material needed to generate high-quality digital clones, guiding the team on preparation.
• Master the cloning of facial features and voice, preserving character identity, appearance, and delivery style.
• Deploy cloned characters to present awareness content, explanations, introductions, and dialogues according to approved scripts.
• Fine-tune facial expressions, head and body movements, and gestures to ensure natural, context-appropriate performances.
• Achieve precise lip-syncing with Arabic voiceovers while auditing pronunciation and articulation.
• Adapt the same cloned character across varying backgrounds, attire, and camera angles per script demands without losing facial consistency.
• Resolve visual and audio flaws that compromise realism, such as facial warping, audio glitches, or unnatural motions.
• Organize approved templates and character assets to facilitate effortless reuse in future video projects.
• Execute character cloning strictly upon consent from the respective individuals, maintaining full confidentiality of source media and restricting usage exclusively to authorized projects.

4. Editing & Final Post-Production

• Execute full video editing, including shot selection, scene arrangement, pacing adjustments, and transition mapping.
• Perform color grading and unify visual processing to achieve a polished, professional aesthetic.
• Incorporate titles, text overlays, subtitles, and motion graphics clearly and in accordance with brand identity.
• Ensure proper display, alignment, and legibility of Arabic typography on mobile screens.
• Integrate voiceovers, music, and sound effects, including noise reduction and audio level balancing.
• Maintain voiceover clarity by ducking background music during speech to enhance the viewing experience.
• Prepare tailored aspect ratios for various platforms, including vertical 9:16, square 1:1, and horizontal 16:9 as required.
• Design video covers and thumbnails, producing short clips or alternative hooks when necessary.

5. Brand Identity & Quality Control

• Apply the group's visual identity guidelines, including color schemes, typography, logos, and directional style.
• Adhere to approved characters, voice models, and visual assets across all projects.
• Present legal information accurately without altering meanings or introducing unverified facts or outcomes.
• Safeguard client and case confidentiality by anonymizing names, sensitive documents, and proprietary data per team directives.
• Utilize fully licensed or authorized media, including stock photos, voices, and audio tracks.
• Conduct complete visual, auditory, and linguistic quality assurance before submitting videos for approval.

6. Project Management & Collaboration

• Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing tasks based on publication schedules and delivery deadlines.
• Provide initial drafts and storyboards at designated stages before completing final output.
• Incorporate feedback and execute revisions accurately while retaining work quality and consistency.
• Proactively communicate technical challenges or potential delays early, offering practical solutions.
• Systematically organize project files, assets, generation prompts, and version histories for easy reference and reusability.
• Deliver final exported files, editable source projects, and associated assets as required by project scope.
• Stay up to date with AI video production tools, proposing workflow enhancements to boost quality, speed, and credit efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven professional experience in video design and production, backed by a portfolio demonstrating AI implementation across production workflows.
• Specialized and proven experience in character, face, and voice cloning, featuring portfolio samples that highlight clone quality, consistency, and realistic performance.
• Ability to independently produce end-to-end videos from initial concept to final cut.
• Proficiency with AI image and video generation tools such as Kling, Runway, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency with digital avatar generation, voice cloning, and lip-syncing software such as HeyGen or similar tools.
• Proficiency in professional NLE software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro, with working knowledge of CapCut when needed.
• Familiarity with motion graphics using After Effects or equivalent software.
• Strong understanding of visual composition, lighting, camera movement, color theory, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to craft and refine prompt engineering in both Arabic and English.
• Fluency in Arabic with the ability to proofread script texts and audio tracks for errors.
• Strong understanding of short-form content dynamics and platform specs for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Attention to detail, punctuality, self-motivation, and clear communication capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience producing content for legal, professional, or corporate entities.
• Familiarity with Kuwaiti and Gulf culture, with the ability to represent it accurately in visual assets.
• Capability to produce both photorealistic and animated scenes while preserving character continuity.
• Ability to adjust voiceover nuances between Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) and the Kuwaiti dialect per project needs.
• Experience building asset libraries and project templates to streamline recurring workflows.
• Ability to analyze viewership metrics and retention data to refine future video iterations.

Remote Work Requirements

• A high-performance workstation suitable for video rendering and a stable high-speed internet connection for file transfers.
• Adherence to agreed availability hours, meetings, and project deadlines aligned with Kuwait time (GMT+3).
• Regular communication with the team via official workspace channels, providing progress updates.
• Utilization of designated project management and file-sharing applications used by the group.
• Secure and organized storage of work files, maintaining compliance with backup policies and access controls.
• Strict adherence to non-disclosure protocols regarding group data and sensitive media uploaded to external tools.
• Contract structure, working hours, volume of deliverables, and tool subscription allocations will be detailed in the employment agreement.

Expected Deliverables

• Short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) focusing on legal awareness and service spotlights.
• Corporate and promotional videos showcasing the firm, team, and key initiatives.
• Explanatory and presentation videos featuring approved AI digital avatars.
• Dramatized visual narratives based on approved scripts.
• Explainer videos highlighting legal technology platforms, services, and digital initiatives.
• Video thumbnails, covers, and platform-optimized re-exports.
• Organized project files and character reference libraries prepared for future reuse.

Video output quantity, durations, and delivery dates will be outlined based on production complexity and agreed content schedules.
