Job description

• Oversee all daily laundry operations (sorting, washing, drying, pressing, folding).
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry facility.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and professional development.
• Ensure proper functioning of washers, dryers, ironers, and folders.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Manage inventory of linens, uniforms, chemicals, and supplies.
• Inspect finished laundry for cleanliness and presentation.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer expectations.
• Enforce health and safety regulations.
• Train staff on safe chemical handling and equipment use.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent.
• 5+ years' experience in laundry management in luxury atmosphere.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of laundry processes, chemicals, and equipment.
• Strong communication skills.

Additional information

• Experience is an asset.
• Prior experience working with Opera or a related system.
• Fluency in English.
• Additional languages are a plus.
