We provide online video lessons and tutoring services in Egypt and the Gulf region as well as international curriculums like SAT and IGCSE. Our offerings include life skills courses, from programming to language learning and professional development. Nafham’s mission is to enhance the educational experience and unlock the potential of young individuals across various communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle new leads and contact potential customers through calls and other communication channels.
• Follow up with new leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Contact inactive and previous customers to reactivate them and encourage them to return to Nafham.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable packages and services.
• Build strong relationships with customers and maintain regular follow-up.
• Handle objections and provide effective solutions to close sales.
• Achieve monthly sales and reactivation targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, sales, and reactivation activities.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and inactive customers to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Coordinate with the Customer Experience and Operations teams when needed.
• Prepare regular updates and reports on sales performance and results.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Sales, Telesales, or a similar role.
• Experience in lead conversion and customer reactivation is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving results.
• Excellent follow-up and objection-handling skills.
• Very Good command of English.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle a high volume of calls.
• Experience in Education / EdTech is a plus.
