Role Description

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team. The role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, recommending suitable services, following up on leads, and building strong long-term client relationships.

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for presenting professional services clearly, maintaining regular client follow-up, supporting the sales process, and ensuring a professional and positive client experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, with at least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Previous experience in selling professional, business, or legal-related services is preferred.
• Experience dealing with clients and service-based sales is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable services.
• Strong client follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Ability to explain professional services clearly and professionally.
• Confident and persuasive communication style.
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand new services and procedures.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Committed, responsible, and client-oriented.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
