• Address and resolve complaints from retail customers to ensure satisfaction improve customer experience and enhance retail operations
  

• Oversee the payment channels system to ensure its proper functioning and address any issues related to this payment platform.
  

• Act as the main point of contact and oversight for all diverse systems within the organization ensuring their alignment with business objectives and addressing any operational concerns.
  
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other testing activities for new releases change requests and service integrations to ensure quality and functionality.
  

• Participate in meetings to review processes changes or issues to ensure clarity and alignment among stakeholders.
  

• Oversee credit back transactions refunds and merchant commissions to ensure accurate financial adjustments and compliance with policies.
  

• Implement and test deployment activities adjust service limits and configure systems to meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency.
  

• Oversee communications with the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA) and the Central Bank of Egypt (CPA) to resolve regulatory or compliance issues.
  
  

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in the same role or any related field.
  

• Computer & MO Literacy.
  

• Ability to work under pressure & stressful conditions.
  

• ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
  

• Well organized and flexible.
  

• Solid background to Company products & services.
  

• Organized with highly focused diligence.
  

• Strong result-oriented and customer-focused mentality.

Required Skills:

3-4 years in Engineering or IT Application Support. Fin-tech background is a plus. Accepting on-call process. Strong understanding of application support processes and best practices. Strong Linux knowledge (scripting searching operating etc.) Strong SQL/PL SQL knowledge. Organized with a highly focused attention to detail. Strong result-oriented and customer-focused mentality.
