WE’RE HIRING | Medical Sales Representative
We are looking for a Female Medical Sales Representative to join our team on a Full-Time basis.
Location: Cairo & Giza
Experience: 3+ Years
Salary: EGP 13,000 – 16,000
+ Attractive Commission
THE ROLE
We are looking for a strong Medical Sales professional who can open, develop, and manage key accounts and build long-term commercial relationships.
The role involves dealing directly with:
Large Clinics & Medical Centers
Pharmacies
Pharmacy Chains
Wholesalers & Pharmaceutical Stores
⚕️ Doctors & Healthcare Professionals
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Open new high-potential accounts and convert prospects into active customers.
- Build and manage strong relationships with pharmacy owners, chain managers, clinic owners, purchasing teams, and key decision-makers.
- Negotiate commercial terms, prices, orders, payment terms, and agreements.
- Develop existing accounts and continuously increase sales volume.
- Ensure proper product availability and visibility across key accounts.
- Follow up on orders, stock, collections, and account performance.
- Maintain strong relationships and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
- Monitor competitors, market movements, and customer needs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are specifically looking for someone who:
✔️ Has 3+ years of proven experience in Medical / Pharmaceutical Sales.
✔️ Has an existing network with pharmacies, pharmacy chains, clinics, wholesalers, or major accounts.
✔️ Can confidently approach and communicate with decision-makers.
✔️ Has strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
✔️ Knows how to open an account and turn it into a long-term business relationship.
✔️ Has excellent follow-up and relationship-management skills.
✔️ Is commercially minded, target-driven, and highly organized.
✔️ Can represent the company professionally in the market.
