Technical Center Egypt announces its need for an Inside Sales Representative to join the sales team. Company Field: Spare parts, industrial supplies, and technical products. Requirements: Previous experience in sales, preferably in spare parts, industrial products, or tools and equipment. Knowledge of the Egyptian market and clients in the industrial sector is preferred. Ability to communicate with clients, understand their needs, and present suitable products. Good skills in negotiation, persuasion, and achieving sales targets. Ability to prepare price quotations and follow up on them until closing the sale. Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office. Commitment, discipline, responsibility, and ability to work within a team. Experience in dealing with factories, maintenance companies, and procurement departments is preferred. Tasks and Responsibilities: Receiving customer inquiries, communicating with them, and following up on their requests. Preparing price quotations and following up on them. Presenting suitable products according to customer needs. Following up on orders and coordinating with the warehouse and various departments until closing the sale. Following up with current clients and working to increase sales volume. Attracting new clients through phone communication and various channels. Recording and following up on customer data and sales opportunities. Achieving set sales targets. Work Location: 6th of October – Giza Working Hours: From 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Salary: Determined based on experience, competence, and interview results, in addition to incentives and commissions according to company policy. Experience in industrial spare parts and technical products sales and knowledge of the Egyptian market is strongly preferred.
