Role Description The Oracle ERP HCM Consultant – EBS & Fusion will work in a full-time, remote capacity, partnering with clients to design, configure, and support Oracle HCM solutions across E-Business Suite and Fusion platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing HR and finance business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, mapping processes to Oracle ERP capabilities, and configuring modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and related functionalities. The consultant will participate in full ERP implementation cycles, including fit-gap analysis, system setup, testing, data migration support, and end-user training. This role will also provide ongoing functional support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver enhancements and integrations. The consultant will regularly interact with client stakeholders, prepare functional documentation, and contribute to best practices and process improvements.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Business Process understanding, with experience in HR and Finance process mapping and optimization.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, including requirements analysis, problem-solving, and data interpretation for decision support.
• Candidates should possess hands-on experience in ERP Implementations, including full lifecycle projects, testing, and user training.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, specifically Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Finance-related processes and their integration with HR and ERP modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, HR, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working in remote, client-facing consulting roles, with strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing client needs.
• Relevant Oracle certifications in HCM or ERP modules are a plus.
