Key Responsibilities

• Design social media content including Posts, Covers, Stories, and other digital assets while maintaining the brand identity.

• Design marketing and sales materials such as Brochures, Product Catalogs, Presentations, and other collateral.

• Design visual assets for the company’s new website in collaboration with the web development team.

• Maintain visual consistency across different platforms, including colors, typography, logo usage, and overall visual style.

• Collaborate directly with the Content Creator and Reel Creator to deliver visually and verbally integrated content.

• Transform complex technical information, including product specifications, technical drawings, and technical data, into clear and easy-to-understand visual content.

• Contribute to developing reusable Design Templates and Visual Systems to improve production speed and maintain visual consistency.

Prepare design files properly for both digital use and print production, following required dimensions, quality standards, and production specifications

Requirements

Core Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator or equivalent design tools.

• A strong Portfolio covering Social Media Design, Visual Identity/Branding, and Print Design such as Brochures and Catalogs.

• Strong understanding of Typography, Visual Composition, Color Theory, and Visual Hierarchy.

• Ability to design in different styles depending on the content, from a quick Social Media Post to a Technical Product Catalog.

• Ability to understand a creative Brief and translate it into a clear visual Concept before execution.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when working with technical information and content.

• Ability to receive Feedback and quickly improve designs based on it.

• Good understanding of print production basics such as CMYK, Bleed, Resolution, and Print-ready Files is important.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Motion Graphics or basic Video Editing using After Effects, Premiere, or CapCut.

• Previous experience designing content for B2B, Industrial, or Construction industries.

• Basic knowledge of Figma or UI design tools.

Experience using AI tools as part of the design and production workflow is a plus
