Experience Required: 7+ Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with more than 7 years of experience in Oracle EBS HCM implementations and support projects. The candidate must have strong functional expertise in Oracle HCM Core modules along with solid technical capabilities.

The consultant should have participated in at least 3 end-to-end implementations for Oracle HCM Core modules and be capable of handling functional setups, client requirements, testing, support, reporting, and technical customizations.

Mandatory Functional Experience

Strong hands-on experience in the following Oracle HCM Core modules is mandatory:

• Oracle Core HR
• Oracle Payroll
• Oracle Self-Service HR (SSHR)
• Oracle OTL (Oracle Time & Labor)

Preferred Advanced Modules

Experience in the modules below is highly preferred:

• Oracle Performance Management
• Oracle iRecruitment
• Succession Planning (SP)
• Oracle Learning Management (OLM)
• Compensation & Benefits

Implementation Experience

• Minimum 3 full lifecycle (End-to-End) implementations in Oracle HCM Core modules
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, and support
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills

Technical Skills (Mandatory)

Candidate must have strong technical background in Oracle EBS HCM including:

• User Hooks (SQL/PLSQL)
• Personalization
• OAF (Oracle Application Framework)
• Fast Formula
• Oracle Workflow

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
• Strong techno-functional knowledge in Oracle HCM
• Ability to work independently and within project team
