Employment type: [Full-time] Saturday to Thursday

We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Warehouse Keeper with experience in fashion retail and hands-on knowledge of Odoo. You’ll help ensure stock is received, stored, tracked, and dispatched accurately.

• Receive and inspect incoming goods, checking quantities and product details.
• Store and organize items so they’re easy to locate and access.
• Update stock movements and inventory records in Odoo.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, discrepancies, or damaged goods.
• Conduct regular stock counts and help investigate inventory variances.
• Coordinate with retail, purchasing, and delivery teams to support daily operations.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.

• At least 3+ years of warehouse experience.
• Previous experience in fashion-retail.
• Practical experience using Odoo for inventory or warehouse operations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and work effectively as part of a team.
