Field Financing Officer - High, Post-secondary, or Intermediate qualification - Possess communication and persuasion skills - Ability to work under pressure - Social personality skilled in field interaction - Conduct field visits to clients - Form financing units and manage meetings with clients prior to disbursement - Collect and review required documents from clients to ensure validity - Communicate with clients to explain financing and repayment terms - Follow up on overdue installments and work on collecting them - Adhere to the association's policies and procedures - Social insurance, excellent medical insurance, phone line, and transportation allowance provided.
