Position Overview

As our Mid Level Brand Designer you will report directly to the Creative Director and play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating our clients brand experiences. You ll lead the development of brand guidelines design key collateral and collaborate cross functionally to ensure consistency and impact at every touchpoint.

Location: In Office Cairo Egypt

Working Hours: Sunday Thursday 10:00 AM 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Define & Maintain Brand Guidelines
  

  Develop comprehensive brand identity toolkits (logos typography color palettes visual systems).
  

• Design Brand Collateral
  

  Create brochures business cards packaging signage and other print materials.
  

• Collaborate with Marketing & Content Teams
  

  Align creative executions with campaign objectives and brand strategy across all platforms.
  

• Produce Digital Assets
  

  Craft engaging social media graphics digital ads and promotional visuals that drive audience engagement.
  

• Iterate on Designs
  

  Incorporate feedback refine concepts and ensure timely delivery of polished high quality work.
  

• Stay Ahead of Trends
  

  Monitor design innovations and apply fresh techniques to keep client brands current.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or related field.
  

• 2 years of professional experience in brand identity design with a strong diverse portfolio.
  

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
  

• Exceptional creativity and expert eye for typography color theory and layout.
  

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork.
  

• Highly detail oriented and able to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  

Preferred

• Familiarity with print production processes
  

• MacOS Proficiency: Comfortable working on Apple/macOS systems as our creative environment is built around macOS workflows.
  

• Basic understanding of user centered design principles for digital interfaces.

SKETCHES Advertising, a Cairo based creative agency, is seeking a Mid Level Brand Designer for a full time, in office role (Sunday Thursday, 10:00 AM 6:00 PM). Reporting to the Creative Director, you will lead the creation of cohesive brand identities developing logos, typography systems, color palettes, and visual guidelines design key collateral (brochures, business cards, packaging, signage), collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure consistent campaign visuals, produce engaging social media graphics, digital ads, and promotional assets, iterate on concepts based on feedback, and stay ahead of design trends. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; has 2+ years of brand identity design experience with a strong, diverse portfolio; demonstrates advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); exhibits exceptional creativity, an expert eye for typography, color theory, and layout; possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills; and is highly detail oriented. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with print production processes, comfort working in a macOS environment, and a basic understanding of user centered design principles. We offer a competitive base salary plus quarterly profit share, social insurance coverage under Egyptian labor law, and 21 days of annual leave.
