Telesales Agent
American Egyptian Academy (AEA) is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Agents to join our team in Nasr City.
Job Responsibilities
* Contact potential and existing customers by phone.
* Present and explain AEA’s programs and services to prospective customers.
* Identify customer needs and recommend suitable programs.
* Follow up with leads and maintain accurate customer records.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
* Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide the required information.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Job Requirements
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong sales and persuasion skills.
* Good command of English.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
* Previous telesales or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
