Job Summary

Support the daily sales operations and ensure smooth workflow across the Porsche Sales department.

Prepare sales reports dashboards and performance analysis.

Maintain and update sales records CRM and customer data accurately.

Coordinate vehicle availability documentation and delivery processes.

Monitor sales KPIs and provide insights to improve performance.

Collaborate with Sales Consultants Finance Marketing and other internal departments.

Prepare quotations sales documentation and administrative reports.

Assist in forecasting sales planning and inventory coordination.

Ensure compliance with company policies and Porsche standards.

Handle operational tasks while maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  

• 13 years of experience in Sales Operations Sales Administration or Automotive Sales Support.
  

• Previous experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
  

• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  

• Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
  

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required Education:
