Required Duties: • Drive designated vehicles to transport students and staff according to specified schedules and routes. • Adhere to departure and arrival times to ensure efficient transport service. • Ensure passenger safety while driving by complying with traffic laws. • Ensure the use of safety equipment such as seat belts and provide a safe transport environment. • Inspect the vehicle before trips to ensure its readiness (e.g., tires, brakes, oil, fuel). • Report any breakdowns or technical issues to the fleet supervisor. • Clean the vehicle inside and out regularly. • Ensure a comfortable environment for passengers. • Maintain a log of daily trips and submit it to management. • Record fuel consumption and mileage covered. • Interact politely and respectfully with students and staff. • Answer passenger inquiries regarding the trip. • Act quickly in emergency situations such as accidents or breakdowns. • Immediately report to management and take necessary measures to ensure passenger safety. • Follow designated routes and do not change them without permission. • Comply with instructions issued by the fleet supervisor or management. • Adhere to operational guidance and instructions issued by the supervisor. • Assist in coordinating or adjusting schedules when necessary. • Maintain a neat appearance during work. • Adhere to professional ethics and university policies. • Perform any new additional tasks assigned by management within the same specialization and nature of daily work.
