Job Description
Manage all daily showroom operations, including staff supervision, customer service, inventory, and visual merchandising
Lead, train, and motivate the showroom team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences
Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and operational data to drive improvements and achieve KPIs
Ensure the showroom reflects Homzmart’s brand identity in layout, cleanliness, product presentation, and ambiance
Oversee scheduling, team delegation, and employee performance management
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction and brand loyalty
Coordinate with internal teams (e-commerce, marketing, logistics, and customer service) to align showroom performance with company-wide goals
Plan and execute in-store promotions, product launches, and seasonal displays
Report regularly to senior management on showroom metrics, customer behavior, and team performance
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
5+ years of experience in retail or showroom management, preferably in furniture, home décor, or lifestyle brands
Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills
Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving team performance
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Deep understanding of visual merchandising and showroom standards
Tech-savvy, with experience using POS systems, inventory tools, and Microsoft Office
Flexible, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
