Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Motion & Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing our brand vision to life through compelling visual storytelling, high-quality motion graphics, and innovative design assets. You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to produce digital materials that engage our audience across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality static and motion graphics for social media, digital advertisements, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize creative ideas that align with company goals.
• Create short-form animated videos, infographics, and promotional assets for various digital channels.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials and design projects.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• 1 to 5 years of professional experience in graphic design and motion graphics production.
• A robust portfolio demonstrating proficiency in motion design, layout, typography, and branding.
• Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, and composition.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Ability to work with vector graphics and raster imagery seamlessly.
• Experience with visual effects, 2D/3D animation, and video editing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to feedback.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design choices clearly.
