Key Responsibilities

- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviews and offers.

- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

- Conduct screening calls and initial interviews to assess candidates’ experience, communication skills, and suitability.

- Coordinate interviews and collect feedback from hiring managers.

- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.

- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process and follow up on offers and joining dates.

- Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements and recruitment priorities.

- Prepare recruitment updates and support the achievement of hiring targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- - Previous experience in BPO or contact center recruitment is mandatory.

- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment.

- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

- Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.

- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with recruitment platforms.
