Role Description The Experience in Real Estate role at Property Hills Star is a full-time, on-site position based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The role involves supporting property transactions by assisting with property viewings, coordinating appointments, and maintaining accurate records of listings and client interactions. Daily responsibilities may include responding to client inquiries, preparing basic documentation, and updating property information in internal systems. Team members will collaborate with real estate consultants and management to ensure a smooth client experience and support sales activities. The role also includes staying informed about local property trends and market conditions to contribute to informed client communication.

Qualifications

Relevant experience in real estate, property management, or a closely related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.

Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and appointments.

Basic proficiency with office software and digital tools for data entry and documentation.

Knowledge of the local real estate market in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid is an advantage.

Ability to work on-site full time, with flexibility to support client needs and peak business hours.

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
