TAQA Petroleum is Hiring | Transportation Safety & GPS Coordinator (Head Office)

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor transportation activities and ensure compliance with HSE, transportation, and road safety standards.
- Monitor fleet movements, routes, stops, speed, and deviations through the GPS system.
- Monitor driver compliance with speed limits, driving hours, routes, and safe driving requirements.
- Follow up on vehicle/driver licenses, permits, inspections, and safety documentation.
- Prepare daily and periodic GPS and transportation safety reports and track violations.
- Coordinate with Transportation, Dispatch, Fleet, and Operations teams to address safety issues.
- Follow up on accidents, incidents, and near misses, including investigations and corrective actions.
- Escalate critical safety violations and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
- Support Driver Safety and Defensive Driving programs.
- Maintain records of GPS violations, incidents, safety performance, and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and road transportation regulations.
- Support continuous improvement of transportation safety and GPS monitoring processes.
- Bachelor's (BS/BA) degree.
- (1:3 Years) Experience in the same field.
- Good command of English Language (written & spoken).
