Sales Executive | Easy Rental Workplace: Hospitality Towers by ORA – Sheikh Zayed, Giza. Start Date: Immediate. Job Overview: Easy Rental, a company belonging to a multi-activity group, announces its need for a Sales Executive to work in unit leasing across three hospitality towers in the ORA project in Sheikh Zayed. Key Responsibilities: Communicating with potential clients and presenting available units for rent. Attracting new clients and following up on their inquiries and needs. Organizing viewing appointments and showing units to clients. Regularly following up with clients to finalize leasing processes. Building and maintaining good professional relationships with clients. Following up on bookings and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure premium service delivery. Preparing periodic reports on potential clients, leasing opportunities, and achieved results. Requirements and Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality. Preferred experience in hotels, hotel apartments, real estate, or leasing. Good command of English. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Tactful personality, professional appearance, and ability to handle various types of clients. Ability to follow up and achieve sales targets.
