The Opportunity:

We are seeking an Area Service Sales Manager to drive service growth and profitability within a defined geographical region for HITACHI ENERGY TECHNOLOGY S.A.E. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle for our service offerings building strong customer relationships and leading a team to achieve sales targets.

How will you make an impact:

* You will develop and execute a comprehensive service sales strategy for the assigned area aligning with company goals and market dynamics.
*You will identify and pursue new service sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers including maintenance contracts upgrades spare parts and digital solutions.
* Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key customers understanding their needs and positioning HITACHI ENERGY TECHNOLOGY S.A.E. as a trusted service partner.
* Lead coach and motivate a team of service sales professionals ensuring they meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
* Prepare and present compelling proposals conduct negotiations and close service contracts effectively.
* Collaborate closely with the service operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts reports and market intelligence to senior management.
* Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and ethical standards in all sales activities.
* Participate in relevant industry events trade shows and customer meetings to promote HITACHI ENERGY TECHNOLOGY S.A.E.s service offerings.

Your Background:

* Bachelors degree in engineering (Electrical Mechanical or similar) Business Administration or a related field.
* Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in sales with at least 3 years in a service sales management role within the power generation transmission or industrial sectors.
* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
* Strong understanding of power technology products systems and service solutions.
* Excellent leadership coaching and team management skills.
* Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation abilities.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to travel frequently within the assigned geographical area.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
