Massive Design is a fast-growing engineering and construction management company specializing in fast-track interior fit-out and finishing projects, particularly bank branches and corporate offices.
About the Role
We are looking for an Architectural Technical Office Engineer to join our team and handle architectural shop drawings and technical office activities across our projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed Architectural Shop Drawings and interior fit-out working details.
- Develop accurate working drawings within tight project deadlines.
- Review drawings and coordinate architectural details with project requirements.
- Prepare material submittals and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with site and other disciplines to ensure smooth execution.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering.
- Exactly 3 to 5 years of solid experience in Architectural Technical Office & Shop Drawings. (Fresh graduates and candidates with over 5 years of experience will be automatically filtered out).
- Experience in Interior Fit-out / Finishing projects.
- Commercial fit-out experience (Bank branches, corporate offices, or hospitality) is preferred.
- Advanced AutoCAD skills with high drafting speed and accuracy.
- Revit knowledge is a strong advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
