Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales/Telesales Intern to join our dynamic team in Mansoura. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
• Identify and qualify sales leads through active research and networking.
• Maintain an accurate and updated database of prospective and current customer interactions in our CRM.
• Build and sustain strong professional relationships with new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments to refine outreach strategies and achieve conversion targets.
• Prepare weekly progress reports on outreach activities and sales performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
• Residency in or near Mansoura, Egypt.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to handle objections professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools.
