Job Title: After-Sales Service Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for an outstanding engineer to join our team as an After-Sales Service Engineer. You will be responsible for providing technical support and sales solutions to our clients, receiving, analyzing, and responding to all inquiries, warranty claims, and maintenance requests. You will also work closely with and train the department team to achieve the company strategy, focusing on welding machines and cutting machines.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment and devices ready for delivery prior to handing them over to customers.
• Prepare regular technical reports.
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule equipment delivery dates to customers.
• Assist the team in preparing all required documents for the delivery process.
• Review financial settlements with the finance department before finalizing delivery.
• Follow up on customer modification requests and feedback.
• Receive, analyze, and respond to customer requests, inquiries, warranty claims, and maintenance clarifications.
• Prepare and follow up on technical and commercial quotations for spare parts, maintenance contracts, and product repairs.
• Train department team members and work effectively with them to achieve company goals.
• Build and develop excellent relationships with all partners and stakeholders.
• Adhere to the company's archiving and filing system.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Telecommunications) or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently or within a team.
• Ability to quickly build good professional relationships with others.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must reside near Sheikh Zayed or 6th of October areas.
