We work directly with school leadership, academic teams, and decision‑makers to support teaching and learning with credible, effective educational materials.Role PurposeWe are looking for a professional, motivated Sales Representative to join our Egypt team. The role focuses on institutional sales — engaging schools, building strong relationships with academic stakeholders, and driving adoption of EduLearn’s portfolio.This is a field‑based role that requires discipline, strong communication skills, and a professional presence in schools.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct daily school visits according to the weekly planBuild and maintain relationships with principals, heads of departments, coordinators, and teachersPresent EduLearn’s products clearly and professionallyExecute the full sales workflow: prospecting → presentation → sampling → follow‑up → closing → post‑sales support including collectionMaintain accurate daily reports, pipelines, and follow‑up logsProvide market insights and feedback to the Sales ManagerCoordinate with operations for samples, stock, invoicing, and deliveryRepresent EduLearn professionally at all timesAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsRequired Skills & Competencies Strong communication and relationship‑building skillsProfessional presentation and product demonstration capabilityHigh discipline and commitment to daily reportingStrong follow‑up and persistenceAbility to work within a structured workflowPositive attitude, credibility, and professional appearanceQualificationsBachelor’s degree in any field1–5 years of sales experience (education sector preferred but not required)Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may be consideredFluency in English is an advantageWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and performance‑based incentivesProfessional training on EduLearn’s portfolio and sales methodologyClear career progression within a growing organizationSupportive, structured work environment with strong leadership guidance
