About the role

Coverage:

8am-7pm 5 days a week on French and Belgian working days

Standby arrangement for major events (GOLD level services only)

About you

Required Qualifications:

Education:Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Security or related field.

Experience:2 years in IT/security operations or system administration.

Certifications/Skills (at least some of the following):

Trellix ePO (AV)

Microsoft Defender (XDR) / WSUS / Print Services (MCSA 70-411 or equivalent) > Windows Server

Wallix (Remote Access &PAM)

Cybereason (EDR)

Zscaler (Branch Connector - SDWAN) ZIA and ZPA is a plus

F5 (WAF and LTM)

Infoblox (NTP)

System administration (Windows and Linux)

Syncovery (backup) Silversield (data transfer)

SIOTH (orchestrator)

Qlikview (Reporting/dashboard)

Languages:

French:Minimum B2 level (spoken) required for internal coordination and meetings

English:Strong written and spoken skills required equivalent to B2 or higher
