Job Summary

Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts

Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders

Align client objectives with internal teams and deliverables

Track account performance and identify upsell opportunities

Ensure timelines quality and expectations are consistently met


Requirements

3 years of proven experience in account management

Strong communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Experience working with cross-functional teams

Commercial mindset with problem-solving ability

Ability to manage multiple accounts without losing control
