The Warehousing and Supply chain Chief is a full-time, on-site role based in 6th of October, responsible for overseeing demand planning, production planning, and warehouse operations. This role coordinates daily inventory management, monitors stock levels, and ensures efficient storage and distribution of products. The Planning and Warehousing Chief collaborates with production, sales, and logistics teams to align forecasts, schedules, and capacity, minimizing shortages and excess inventory. Key tasks include analyzing data to support business planning decisions, optimizing warehouse layouts and processes, and implementing best practices for safety and cost efficiency. The role also involves leading and developing the warehousing team, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

• Strong demand planning and production planning skills to ensure accurate forecasting and efficient operations.
• Proficiency in planning and business planning to align operational activities with organizational goals.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
• Experience in warehousing, inventory management, and logistics within manufacturing or FMCG environments.
• Ability to lead teams, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and manage on-site operations.
• Comfort with ERP systems, planning tools, and Excel or similar data analysis software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Effective communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• CIPM certification is preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in warehouse , inventory planning, or supply chain operations Same role.
• At least 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• FMCG, manufacturing, beverage, or high-volume distribution experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, demand planning, and supply-chain processes.
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
