Job description

• Coordinate with Project Managers and cybersecurity technical teams to track project activities, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Maintain and regularly update project plans, trackers, schedules, and action logs.
• Follow up with responsible stakeholders on overdue or upcoming activities and ensure timely closure.
• Monitor project progress against approved timelines and highlight potential delays or risks.
• Maintain visibility of project requirements, dependencies, and outstanding actions.
• Support Project Managers in preparing project kick-off, progress, and closure activities.
• Coordinate project meetings and ensure required stakeholders are involved.
• Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meetings (MOMs), action logs, and follow-up trackers.
• Escalate critical delays, risks, and unresolved issues to the Project Manager / Head of Project Management.
