Partnership Manager

Job Summary

As we continue to expand our footprint in the Egyptian market we are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Partnerships Manager to spearhead our strategic alliances and foster longterm relationships with key partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership Development: Identify evaluate and establish partnerships with industry leaders complementary businesses and key stakeholders to drive mutual growth and enhance market presence.
  

• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong longlasting relationships with existing and potential partners serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring alignment with Braes Egypts strategic objectives.
  

• Negotiation & Agreement Management: Lead negotiations draft and finalize partnership agreements ensuring terms are beneficial and aligned with company goals.
  

• Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Sales Marketing and Product Development to integrate partnership initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
  

• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends competitor activities and potential partnership opportunities.
  

• Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of partnerships and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  

• Event Representation: Represent Braes Egypt at industry events conferences and networking opportunities to promote partnerships and expand the companys network.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
  

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in partnership management business development or a related role preferably within the Egyptian market.
  

• Skills:
  

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
    

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess partnership performance.
    

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    

  • Fluent in Arabic and English both written and spoken.
