Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance & Repair: Conduct routine inspections predictive maintenance and corrective actions on electrical equipment.

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical faults quickly to minimize downtime.

• Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate records generate reports and interpret technical drawings/blueprints.

• Inventory & Procurement: Manage electrical spare parts inventory and assist with purchasing necessary components.

• Team Leadership: Train and supervise maintenance technicians and contractors.

• Continuous Improvement: Investigate root causes of failures and recommend system upgrades or design modifications.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems control systems (PLCs) and instrumentation.

• Experience: 5-8 years of Experience (preferred in cotton spinning industry)
