Required tasks: Provide the available food and beverage menu and present detailed information on ingredients and potential food allergies. Inform customers about available daily offers. Assist customers and provide menu recommendations upon request. Participate in upselling products when needed. Relay order details to kitchen staff. Prepare and fulfill food and beverage orders. Ensure the cleanliness of dishes and utensils and continuously sort them. Arrange and set tables and maintain the proper appearance of the restaurant. Deliver bills and all invoices periodically. Monitor dirty dishes and equipment and carry them to the back-of-house stewarding department. Review daily specials, menu changes, and specifications. Follow rules regarding hygiene, health, and safety. Provide excellent customer service to guests.
