Required tasks: Operating and monitoring the production line according to the daily production plan. Feeding machines with raw materials and operating supplies. Monitoring production progress and ensuring continuous operation without interruption. Conducting visual inspection of the product during operation to ensure compliance with quality standards. Sorting non-conforming products and reporting any defects to the production or quality supervisor. Packing and packaging finished products according to operating instructions. Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area and adhering to 5S and GMP principles. Complying with occupational health and safety (HSE) procedures and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE). Assisting in changing raw materials or sizes and preparing machines when changing production orders. Immediately reporting any malfunctions or operational issues to the line supervisor or maintenance team. Adhering to target production rates and minimizing waste and loss. Contributing to inventory counts and tracking raw material consumption when needed. Performing any other operational tasks assigned by the production supervisor.
