• Studying tender project drawings, specifications, and related documents.
• Issuing and processing RFQs to suppliers.
• Negotiating with suppliers and preparing technical/financial comparisons.
• Preparing submittals for the consultant's approval.
• Managing purchase orders and coordinating supplier deliveries.
