Customer Success Consultant

Job Summary

• Manage software deployment activities configuration testing training and handover.
  

• Support customer onboarding and ensure successful adoption of Garment IO solutions.
  

• Monitor customer usage identify potential challenges and proactively address risks.
  

• Provide ongoing customer support troubleshoot issues and coordinate escalations.
  

• Conduct regular customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement.
  

• Deliver product demonstrations during assigned pre-sales activities.
  

• Maintain accurate customer records deployment documentation and support reports.
  

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Production Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

02 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates may be considered

Practical experience in software implementation customer onboarding training or technical/operational support.

Good understanding of industrial operations manufacturing processes and production workflows.

Strong communication presentation and customer relationship management skills.

Good analytical thinking problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Ability to manage priorities take ownership and collaborate effectively across teams.

Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes ERP MES AI tools or similar systems is an advantage.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience ideally in technology or garment manufacturing. Strong communication negotiation and organizational skills. Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Basic knowledge of garment manufacturing processes. Preferred: Experience with B2B sales and SaaS systems. Preferred: Familiarity with digital marketing.
