Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Call Center - Arabic)

Job Overview
We are looking for a customer service representative to respond to customer inquiries in Arabic and provide excellent support via phone.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer calls and address their inquiries and complaints
• Provide clear and accurate information about products and services
• Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally or escalate them to the relevant department
• Log call data and follow up on the system
• Adhere to quality standards and required performance metrics

Requirements

• Intermediate or university degree
• Proficiency in the Arabic language (written and spoken) with a clear dialect
• Good communication skills and a clear voice
• Ability to handle pressure and deal with customers calmly
• Basic computer knowledge and fast typing skills
• Experience is not required (previous experience is preferred)
• Willingness to work in shifts
