• Supervise and inspect all concrete works, including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and other structural elements.

• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, method statements, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).

• Monitor concrete pouring activities, including slump tests, temperature checks, sampling, and concrete cube testing.

• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, laboratories, and subcontractors to ensure quality compliance.

• Review concrete test results and follow up on any non-conformities and corrective actions.

• Prepare and maintain QC reports, inspection requests, test records, and quality documentation.

• Verify the quality of concrete materials and ensure compliance with approved mix designs.

• Participate in resolving concrete quality issues and preventing recurring defects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 7–9 years of experience in Quality Control, specifically in concrete works within construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of concrete technology, mix designs, testing procedures, and relevant codes and standards.

• Practical experience in concrete inspections, pouring supervision, slump tests, and cube test follow-up.

• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems, ITPs, method statements, and NCR procedures.

• Ability to prepare technical reports and maintain accurate quality records.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

• Previous experience in major construction or infrastructure projects is preferred.
