Job Title: SAP FICO Functional Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of the SAP FI /CO module. He will work closely with the finance / costing department to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring the integrity of financial data and the efficiency of accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configuration: Perform end-to-end configuration of SAP FI sub-modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Accounting, and Fixed Assets (AA).
• Configuration of SAP CO sub-modules: Cost Center Accounting (CO-OM-CCA), Profit Center Accounting (CO-OM-PCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing (CO-PC), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
• Support: Act as the primary point of contact for FI-CO related system issues, troubleshooting errors, and providing timely resolutions to end-users.
• Integration: Manage the integration points between FICO and other modules, specifically MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), and PP (Production Planning), HR (Human resources and), PM Plant Maintenance)
• Master Data: Strong expertise in data migration and mass maintenance of technical objects (using LSMW or LTMC).
• Mobile Solutions: Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps
• Reporting: Design and develop financial reports using tools like Financial Statement Versions (FSV) and help business users with closing activities (Month-end/Year-end).
• Documentation: Create and maintain functional specifications, user manuals, and business process documentation (BPD).

Technical Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on SAP FICO configuration experience.
• Sub-Modules: Deep knowledge of New GL, Automatic Payment Programs, Electronic Bank Statements (EBS), and Withholding Tax.
• Project Life Cycle: Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation or major upgrade projects.

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical finance stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet month-end deadlines.
