Company Description The Right Item places, stocks and runs smart touchscreen vending machines across Egypt. Our goal is simple: the right item, in the right place, at the right time. That means the right product on the shelf, the right machine placed where people need it, and the right message on its 22″ screen.

We work in premium locations, starting with universities, schools, malls and lifestyle destinations, and are expanding into offices, gyms, hospitals, residential compounds and hotels. We pick every site for footfall and audience. Then we run each machine ourselves, handling restocking, cleaning, repairs and 24/7 monitoring, so it’s always full and always on. Each machine is also a media and partnership platform. Brands advertise on our screens with video ads, interactive QR campaigns, games and machine wraps. Locations host machines for free and earn from every sale. Suppliers put their products on our shelves. We also run branded vending for events, brand activations, and machine sales and rentals.

We’re a lean, fast-moving team building something new in Egyptian retail. Here, accuracy, ownership and practical problem-solving have a visible impact every day, from the warehouse to the machine in front of the customer.

Role Description The Inventory Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. This position is responsible for monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory records, performing regular stock counts, and reconciling discrepancies between physical inventory and system data. The role includes overseeing shipping and receiving activities, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensuring items are stored and organized correctly. The Inventory Coordinator collaborates with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to support inventory control procedures, optimize stock levels, and prevent shortages or overstock. Daily tasks also involve updating inventory management systems, preparing reports, and following company standards for safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Inventory Accuracy and Inventory Control to ensure reliable stock records and minimal discrepancies.
• Experience with Physical Inventory and Inventory Management, including cycle counts, stock organization, and reconciliation processes.
• Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving operations, including documentation, verification of shipments, and coordination with logistics partners.
• Comfort with inventory software or ERP systems and basic data entry and reporting skills.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site.
• Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain roles is preferred.
